04 June 2014 Respected Sir and Dear Friends,

This is related to E1 transaction.
Purchaser(X) of Kolkata has placed an order for supply to Mr. Y of Kolkata. Further Mr. Y of Kolkata has placed the order for supply to Mr.Z of Karnataka and the delivery shall be made directly to Mr.X (Mr. X shall issue waybill in the name of Mr.Z). Now i want to know that whether Mr.Y of Kolkata will charge VAT or CST to Mr. X of Kolkata.

13 June 2014 Z shall raise invoice to Y, but he will make consignee to X, Y will charges CST since this is case of transit sale.

14 June 2014 Mr.Arun Saboo, as per me also Mr.Y shall charge CST to Mr.X (although the sale is within the same State i.e. West Bengal), and shall receive C-Form against the same as this is the case of sale in transit.
