Please carify that can we take vat input on purchase fluid for the XRAY.In case of hospitals.

Mr Author,
Genrally, hospitals ar not dealers.If you are a dealer and declaring the sale of X-Ray films to patients and paying tax,then you can claim credit on the input tax paid on the fluid purchase required for the X-Ray machine.
