Dear Sir, We have Brnach at diff location supposed we are purchaseing the product in Jaipur at 4% vat and transfering the same through stock transfer machanisum (issuing F Form)to the Delhi Branch. Where we can claimed input (Rajsthan or Delhi)

Input vat claim at rajasthan.and send meteral to delhi against form F.
In rajasthanu input vat may be disalloed
Total input vat

But confirm with rajasthan vat rule. because its delhi Vat rule.stock transfer rule under sec 10(3).

you can take credit at the time of purchase of material in Rajastahn, but at the time of transfer the same to ur branch u have to reduce input crdit @ set out in RVAT Act.
