my clients is registered with Dvat & Upvat
i want to confirm their DUE DATES for VAT PAYMENT & RETURN.....?

In Delhi,returns ar to be filed within 28 days aafter the end of tax period(i.e month,quarter or half year). Under UP VAT Act the periodic returns have to be filed within 20 days of any tax period.....mjk
