Vat availment on repair & maint plant & machinery

Please help me understand the if VAT credit is available on repair & Maint on Plant & Machinery with notification.

If that plant and machinery is used for production of taxable goods and it is approved as a capital goods,then the spare parts purchased for replacement and repair of such machinery are eligible for input tax credit..mjk
