If vender material & Labour work Bills create joint, how many Percentage Vat ? & service Tax?

10 June 2009 Depends on the local VAT rules. In Karanataka either the actual labour/ services can be deducted or secified amounts for various types taken. For contracts not specified it is 75 %. In this case Service tax can be paid on 25 % or under compistion scheme at 4.12%
