Can any one can give a brief idea abt following NOTIFICATION?Wht is the role of UTN.notification is related to T.D.S.

UTN has been postponed now. No need to mention UTN in the ITR return. UTN was required to cross check the TDS amount claimed by the assessee. The allottment of UTN was given to NSDL. But at present the system is postponed.
