Utilization of input credit against igst payable for export

If we have sufficient input credit under unutilized can we set off this input against IGST payable for Export. If yes what is the procedure and accounting treatment under GST

Exports are exempted furnish bond and export without paying GST. Claim refund of ITC on export.
