09 September 2010 i want to pay tax for AY 09-10 & 10-11.Is it possible to file both the years.

Please reply it is very urgent

But my CA said it is not possible. Please advice me on e filing.

09 September 2010 You may file ITR for both A.Y. 2009-10 & 2010-11. You have to pay interest on tax with tax.
AO may also impose penalty of Rs. 5000 u/s 271F for the ITR of A.Y. 2009-10
