referring to your comment dated April 2, 2010 with respect to value of stamp duty for partnership deed.. there is no minimum capital requirement for partnership firm..right!!.. but initially at the time of partnership registration if we keep the capital contribution a very nominal amount and later on increase it or say we keep it like capital will be the amount standing to the credit of partners on a specified date..then what will be the stamp duty for registering partnership deed. -

I Book a flat in casabella from Lodha. I did my sales agreement on 23 march 2010. Now Lodha is demanding MVAT from us. Registration before 01-04-2010 should pay 5% of the sale agreement, after that need to pay 1% of the sale agreement. anybody please tell me, really do I need to pay or not. Time of buying the flat they didnt even told me about this MVAT. What is the meaning of MVAT. -
