Urgent need etds revised return fy 2007-08

We have lost the provisional receipt for etds returns 4th quarter for the year 2007-08 now we want to revised the returns if any chance to download the fvu file from nsdl website without know the token number pls help me sir very urgent need

for our mistake we have wrongly mentioned the PAN one of our client have a tax liability now we found out the mistake but we have no soft copy or token number if any other chance to rectify the mistake bcoz our client will suffer in this matter
