Is there any diff. Service tax registration no. (PAN base) and S.T.P. code?

No difference it is not STP code actually STC Code
STC Code is 15 Digit
first 10 Digit is PAN number & next 2 Digit is ST and final 3 digits are indicating the number of registration taken by the service provider against a Common PAN
