upload of annual return of a company URGENT

when i fill form 20b and try to upload on the mca portal it shows that the director is not authorised to sign the document pls help

The reasons may be due to the following omissions, among others.
1.DSC might have expired or not roll checked.
2.Non compliance of DIN-2 and DIN-3 if the director is appointed before 1/07/2007.
