pls give me clearity about amendment under rate of unfernish accomodation should be consider in examination pe-2 nov -2008 or we continue with old rate as institute dont secify about this matter

notification was issued on 7th nov, 2007. as per institue guidelines, amendmends made within 6 months prior to the date of examination shall not be consider.
new rates were not applicable for may,2008 however for nov,2008 new rates shall be followed.
