is it advisable to invest all of the Rs 100000/- limit in PPF for its whole term.can we get a loan on the same.

Yes loan can be taken from PPF account. But diversification of investment is most advisable. Since PPF is for 15 years you also have to keep in mind about the funds that may be required by you in near future.
