23 July 2010 Hi Ravindra, thanks for your answer. But purchase return & sale return A/c deal with the movement of stock, therefore, can't we treat them as Real A/c, In this case, differenr authors have different views. Please give your opinion.

26 July 2010 No it does not deal with stock but it deals with purchase which are returned and sales which are returned. So, it is a nominal A/c not real A/c
