If Mr. A is a CA, and Mr. C a brother of Mr. A's Father (Uncle)is a trustee of XYZ Trust, now Mr.A can do a audit of XYZ trust?

ideally not. the independence cannot be guaranteed as the trustees has a significant control over the functioning of the trust.
