We are paying Rs. 8000/- per month to an employee as school fees of his child.
How to deal this under Income tax considering the new perk rule ?

CHILD SCHOOL FEE ALLOWANCE EXEMPT UP TO RS. 100/- PM FOR TWO CHILD, AND BALANCE IS TAXABLE,
