transferr of articleship

09 January 2008 dear sir,
i am ca final student i am doing article ship in mumbai. due to certain reason i have to go my native palace at rajasthan. but my principal refuse to give transferr ,what can i do? my principal said you can re-start your articleship with new regisrtaion doing this your attemp will extend by 6 months.
sir i want to ask you it can possiable or not, further i want to ask you that what can i do if he not give me transfer.

09 January 2008 He may have his own reasons. Please explain him the situation and request him to give you transfer and let the good sense prevail. I think he may have doubt that you may continue at Bombay. Please convince him and take his help in re-locating in the articleship.
