IF THE MATERIAL IS PURCHASED IN HP AND TRANSFERRED TO OTHER STATES, 100 % ITC IS NOT POSSIBLE. THE CONDITION FOR 100% VAT INPUT IS, THE PURCHASE AND SALE SHOULD BE IN THE SAME STATE.
