if assessee transfer goods n stock transfer basic in himachal pardesh..
can he avail 100 % input tax credit vat paid on local purchase in h.p
yes or no?

25 July 2013 IF THE MATERIAL IS PURCHASED IN HP AND TRANSFERRED TO OTHER STATES, 100 % ITC IS NOT POSSIBLE. THE CONDITION FOR 100% VAT INPUT IS, THE PURCHASE AND SALE SHOULD BE IN THE SAME STATE.
