27 December 2013 Dear sir,
I have completed my 11th month of articleship now I want to transfer from the firm due to limited work exposure but my principal is not giving me transfer.What should I do.
Please tell me the procedure for transfer as soon as. its urgent....

27 December 2013 In the first year ,ICAI doesn't restrict transfers but ICAI won't interfere between the dispute either.Any dispute should be resolved by mutual understanding.Take help of senior persons in your firm.Do not show any aggression as it will only increase your problem.
