07 March 2011 Thankyou Expert sir for solving query.
please sir let me know that i have taken 1.5 months leave for 2nd grp exam for IPCC will my employer deduct this period when i transfer to another CA firm?
I think institute allow upto 2 months lesve.

07 March 2011 All days of your leave except exam days will be counted as leave and any excess leave calculated as follows will be informed in respective form while taking transfer:

1. Calculate Total period served including leave
2. Deduct actual leave taken from 1 above
3. One sixth of figure arrived in 2 above will be the leave eligibility subject to maximum of 180 days.
