17 May 2014 what if the CA is saying the reason Provided for transfer is not Valid...& Any complaint can be filed with ICAI for the same if Principal is not allowing transfer within 1 year of articleship

17 May 2014 Sagar within 1 year u can take transfer without providing any reason. The reason criteria applies from 2nd Year.

17 May 2014 however, you still cannot file complaint on this ground as ICAI requires mutual termination. you can't force your principal to sign the form

18 May 2014 Ya But What if Principal is Not allowing freely Transfer...Because I have To join Another principal Since I have Selected in interview ...however My principal is saying we r finding ur back up n hence Cnt provide u transfer Until we get back up

18 May 2014 well as said before, you cannot force your principal sign the form...it is mutual agreement not unilateral enforcement
