Transfer during 2nd year

04 June 2013 Sir i am article assistant.
I have completed 1year and 3 mts training. My office is at Orai and my home town is Jhansi where my parents are. My family's financial position is not good. So, my family can't afford my cost of living outside home town.

Distance between orai and Jhansi. is 120 KM

So I need your valuable suggestions regarding my transfer.

04 June 2013 To get transfer in 2 nd year of articleship you need any of the following reasons

Prior permission of ICAI is mandatory

However your reason is not specifically mentioned in above notification

But icai may accept your reason and give permission to you,..it is better if you get some suggestion from your nearest regional branch of icai for reliable and bonafide opinion on your issue.

06 June 2013 sir my mother is private job at a showroom. They can get transfer to Jhansi easily.
There is any particular rule that she should be goverment employee.

you can take transfer by showing transfer order
