TRAN-1 has to file for the stock on which taxes were applicable in old as well as new act.
Moreover Tra-1 due date is 31st December.

As per notification and 23rd GST council meeting the TRAN 1 date extended to 31st December 2017...
Also it's differed in twitter FAQ is notified as 27th December 2017....

Please refer Order 09/2017 GST; where in the due date for filing TRAN-1 have been extended to 27th December 2017.
