What is the Meaning of "Trade Investment" as disclosed in the schedule VI? Which investments will fall within the definition of " Trade Investment" and why?

Trade invt are the invts which r necessary for the trading activities of a business. e.g. when a business entity obtains bank loan in furtherance of its business, it is required to subscribe for some shares of that bank or when the property is purchased, the business entity is required to acquire some shares of the housing society. these invt are termed as trade invt.
