Hi, I am practicing CA from aamchi Mumbai. I am more of an academician. Teaching is my passion. I am a fun loving lady. I Enjoy listening music, dancing, playing guitar, doing pranayam and meditation, Swimming, reading books, water sports ........... Sometimes even I myself wonder is there anything which I don't enjoy doing?

Further i love watching cartoon and comedy movies. I equally love reading books.

traetment of goodwill w.r.t. amortisation 1) from where the 5 year will start, from Which FY, is it the year in which the acquisition took place (merger happened) or subsequent yr? We have merged comp B in A with transfer date 01-04-15,the High Court order recd in mar'16 and filed with ROC in May'16. In FY 15-16, what will be treatment? 2.We purchased company B for a new project which will be operational in FY 18-19, can we defer to write off till then for not impacting our bottomline.

mam cost fm is the only subject which is causing me problems n im failing only in this subject in exams also .... im not able to clear my concepts. i dont understand the answers of practical problems. i still have 4 months for may exams. please its urgent request to suggest me the book which would help in clearing my concepts n exams well.(im having paduka book but its just a compilation of past year exam questions). in some articles i read SN MAHESHWARI N VASHIST....do these book explain every concept sir?? what about ravi m kishore and pc tulsian plzzzz help mam
