Is it allowed to hv single tin no fr diff firms of single headquarter?? Wid diff names n diff proprietor ??I

No. Each firm should have separate TINs. Further, if it has a place of business in any other state, then another TIN for that state is required.

no you have to take separate TIN for every business.
