10 December 2009 helloooo, can any one tell me tht can i take temporary termination from CA articleship.....my details as under...
i commence my articleship from SEP2007
i cleared one group of pcc in my 1st attempt in june 2009, and give 2 nd group in nov 2009 results awating.....sugess me ???????

10 December 2009 yes, you can take temporary termination from Articleship but for this delay your CA-Final attempt may be pospond for 6 months.

10 December 2009 SIR, IF I TAKE TEMPORARY TERMINATION FOR 12 MONTHS THEN MY CA FINAL MUCH DELAY???? AND ALSO SOGESS ME SIR THAT IT IS MANDATORY FOR ME THAT AFTER COMPLETION OF TEMPORARY TERMINATION,I NEED TO JOIN SAME EMPLOYER OR CAN I JOIN OTHER EMPLOYER??????

If you take a temporary termination for 12 months, your CA Final eligibility will be delayed by the same period. So yes, your CA Final attempt will be postponed roughly by 12 months.

2. **Joining the same or different employer after temporary termination:**
No, you are **not mandatory** to rejoin the same employer after temporary termination. You can join a different employer to continue your articleship.
