I have attended the Gd for articles and still to finish technical rounds 1 and 2, but I didn't have any idea about them. What should i prepare and how, what r the things to concentrate much

There could be questions out of your subjects . Brush through Accounting Standards, Audit, Recent changes like Schedule VI, Companies Bill.
If you dont know something, dont try to pretend that you know. It is okay to not know answers to all question.
