Dear Sir,
We have deducted TDS on survey U/s 194C instead of 194 J for FY 2011-12. What will be its consequence. whether entire exp will be disallowed ?

Plz write a letter to Bank for correcting the same. This is applicable for payment made on or after 01.09.2011.
