Whether Services of Dismentaling of Old Power House and erecting of New Power House will be covered as Contractor u/S 194 C for deduction of TAx or will covered u/s 194J.

IF THE PERSON DOING THIS WORK HAS REQUIRED PROFESSIOANL QUALIFCAITON I.E ENGINEER ETC, THEN IT MAY BE COVERED U/S 194J.
