Hi,
Please clarify that TDS has to be deducted while making payment to Tata Communications towards Internet Lease Line Expenses & Wimax.If yes also please mention under which category.

TDS is not required to be deducted. It has also been held in the case of Skycell Communications Ltd. v. Deputy CIT[2001] 251 ITR 53 (Mad.).
