1) In TDS Return for Quarter I Salary i.e. 24Q, details of Salary viz Salary paid to the employee is to be given. Does this mean Gross Salary or Net Salary. Net Salary means after deduction of PF, ESIC, Profession Tax etc.
2) If Employee X's TDS was deducted in April 2012 and May 2012 but was not deducted in June 2012. So should his June Salary details be given in TDS Salary Return Q1??

1. Salary will be net salary after deducting all exemptions and deductions.
2. Sicne no TDS was deducted in June, salary for the month of June shall NOT be shown in the return.
