DEAR SIR, ASSESSING OFFICER HAS ISSUED NOTICE TO PAY LATE FILING FEE FOR DELAY IN E-FILING OF TDS RETURN. WHEATHER THERE IS ANY REMEDY/ WAIVER/ RELIEF UNDER IT ACT 1961. PLEASE REPLY SIR.
