TDS return in form 24Q

The Q4 return of tds in form 24q has 2 annexures.
My company is a pvt ltd company with 3 directors and no other employees.
In annexure 2 it is asking details of salary for the employees and their total income and the tax deducted for the same.
Now, i only pay directors salary @ 10000 p.m,and deduct tds @ 10%.
Do i have to fill in the annexure II ,
if yes then do the directors have to submit me their other source of incomes,
if again yes then do i have to consider such other source of income for deducting the tds last installment.

YES U NEED TO FILL ANEXURE II. U CAN ALSO ASK THE DIRECTORS TO SUBMIT OTHER SOURCES OF INCOME AND CAN CONSIDER FOR TDS PURPOSE. HOWEVER IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO OBTAIN OTHER INCOME. FORM 16 CAN BE ISSUED CONSIDERING INCOMES PAID FROM THE COMPANY ONLY.

HOWEVER IF THEY SUBMIT U OTHER DETAILS IT IS UR DUTY TO CONSIDER THE SAME FOR THE PURPOSE OF TDS.
