INDIVIDUAL ARE LIABLE TO DEDUCT TDS ONLY IF TAX AUDIT WAS APPLICABLE TO THEM IN THE PREVIOUS FINANCIAL YEAR. SO PLEASE CHECK IF THE TAX AUDIT WAS APPLICABLE.
