what is the meaning of no.of challans unmatched stated in acknowledgement of TDS return.??????and what are the circumstances when no.of challans unmatched are stated in TDS return.

mEANS THE CHALLAN NO ACTUALLY IN HAND AND THE CHALLAN NO IN THE SYSTEM AS DATA FEEDED ARE NOT MATCHING DUE TO WHICH THERE IS DELAY IN GETTING THE TDS CREDIT.

ok means while filing tds return in the software details have not been correctly entered of the challan.......
