Dear Friends,
A Ltd has taken an accomodation for one of its employee for 11 month leasestarting from 1st March 2015 upto 31st Jan 2016 on monthly rent of Rs 31000.I want to know whether TDS is required to be deducted on rent for FY 2014-15 ie for March 2015 as it is less than Rs 180000/ in one financial year.

No need to deduct TDS on rent for FY 2014-15 as it is less than Rs 1.80.000.

One more thing please. If a perosn has income from Salary and House property, in which form he should file ITR for FY 2014-15.

File ITR 1 if the person has one house property.
