what is the current rate for TDS On professional Fees ??

Rate 10%. If no PAN 20%.
Threshold limit Rs 30000/- per annum.

it is u/s 194 J is 10% if he have PAN and no tds if your payment is below rs. 30000 in a year
otherwise tds rate will @ 20%
