07 April 2013 if my company is deducting tds on salary of 20 employees then is it necessary to give details of each employee from whose salary ,tax has been deducted while making payment to government of tds on 7th of the succeeding month.

please revert back as soon as possible.

07 April 2013 While making payment you are not required to give any details. You are only required to make payment of the TDS so deducted. Details of employee will be required to be given in Quarterly TDS return in form 24Q.
