26 February 2013 In case of an Invoice for works contract where VAT and Service Tax both are charged, on what amount TDS is required to be deducted? Whether on full amount or on the portion of service tax by making reverse calculation?

27 February 2013 on combined bill TDS must be deducted on full amount

in VAT and service tax there is provision for combined bill
you will get VAT rebate that is diff state to state
in service tax 40% rebate availabe
but TDS will be on full amount
