Dear Expert,
pl guide on this.
according to notification 21/2012 of income tax act, no TDS will be deducted on subsequent sale of Software.
However, whether TDS is applicable on after sales service e.g. Software up-dation charges / license renewal charges ?

yes since it is not covered by the said notiffication...

tds will be deductable if amount if exceeds cover u/s 194C
