hi,
for claiming medical reimbursement of Rs.15000/- an employee of my company has submitted a statement which is written by doctor on his letterhead...will that serve the purpose or we need medical invoice??pls clarify urgently

if doctor have certified the its reliable though u can ask for some invoices.
