Tds on salary

dear sir
Our company having TWO TAN number. From 1.4.2014 to 31.12.2014 we have deducted TDS on salary from Old TAN Number & for the 4Q we have deducated TDS on salary from new TAN number. As per rule we have to filed TDS return of each TAN number. So problem is how to show salary break-up in two TAN. & If we show salary in break-up than what about Income tax slab Rs. 250,000/- please advice me.

File all 4 qtrs TDS in old TAN. File nil TDS return for new TAN.
