Tds on rent

Sir,
Every month we are giving rent Bill to the Bank (Our Tenant), if we give three month bill (i.e. from Jan-2011 to Mar-2011) to the Bank in the Month of April -2011, will the Bank consider in next year (i.e. f.y. 2011-12) or in the Previous year(f.y. 2010-11)and how will be the TDS Certificate given to us.

Bank will consider it and make prov in FY 2010-2011. They will provide you TDS certificate for Ay 2011-12. You can claim the TDS in your return of AY 2011-12.
