TDS on Rent

We have a rent agreement with two differant person for the same place(rent to be paid equaly). and the rent individualy is below the TDS exemption limit but it crosses the limit combined together. So whether to deduct TDS on hte same or not to deduct?

No, Thershold limit is related to particualr payee not for place, so incase thershold limit is not crossed for each person no need to deduct TDS

NO. TDS will not apply as the specified limit is for single payee.
So the TDS provisions are payee-wise & not location-wise & the limits are also applied accordingly.
