Wether TDS is deducted on Gross amount or including Service tax portion.
As per Circular No 715 dt 08.08.1995
TDS is deducted on including Service tax
whether TDS is also deducted on RENT( including tax ) or only rentel portion.

You need to deduct TDS on net amount without Service Tax.
It is applicable only in case of RENT only.
