I HAVE TO PURCHASE A PROPERTY WORTH RS 100 LACS PROPERTY IS SITUATED AT 8MORE THAN 8 KM AWAY FROM MUNICIPAL AREA AND THE SAME IS PARENTAL PROPERTY OF SELLER, IS EXEMPTED FROM PROVISION OF TDS OF 1%

Exempted if agricultural land per section 2(14)(iii)(a) & (b).
