dear all
We have to pay a sum of amount to a non resident. He is acting as our supplier and will register our products in his country . shall TDS be applicable on this? if yes please provide at what rate and under which section the same will be booked and paid.

He is a non resident rendering services out side India for which no tax is payable in India. Hence no TDS is applicable.
